CONTEST RULES

  • Participants must be U.S. residents ages 18 and older.

  • Participants are required to take at least one before and one after photo.

  • Participants must agree to the Liability Waiver found at https://www.tele-fitco.com/release.

  • Participants will follow a daily suggested workout routine provided through the Trainerize app. To participate in the challenge, participants will be required to create a Trainerize profile.

  • Participants will be judged based on the before and after photo(s) they submit. Photos must be emailed to coachyata@theyataco.com within seven days of the final day of the 10-week challenge.

  • A full refund is available until 5 p.m. on January 15, 2025. Participants must email Coach Yata to request a refund.
