Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 

I understand that Tele-FitCo.com/The Yata Companies, LLC operates on a scheduled appointment basis for private training sessions. If you must cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, the Client is required to modify their appointment via the Scheduling Tool on the website (tele-fitco.com) up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the appointed time, no fee will be charged. However, if Client cancels or reschedules a session LESS than 12 hours to the appointed time, the Client shall be charged in full for that training session.
